					<description>Yeah, not the best, but easy for me to find.  In a nutshell, whereas most engineering types are willing to make reasonable compromises to get a first system up and out the door, they often shoot for perfection with the 'second system', causing it to take far too long or never be completed at all, oftentimes for architectural benefits that are questionable at best.

Yeah, I've probably got a touch of that with my next game...</description>
