		<description>I'd like to second Damion's suggestion that you look into installing the &lt;a href="http://unknowngenius.com/blog/wordpress/spam-karma/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Spam Karma&lt;/a&gt; plugin for Wordpress.

It's an amazing little piece of work that gets rid of nearly all the comment spam you're going to eventually get once the spam bots come across another fresh Wordpress site like yours.

You can find a number of other useful plugins, such as the &lt;a href="http://www.coldforged.org/plugins/" rel="nofollow"&gt;post spell checker&lt;/a&gt;.</description>

		<description>Phil --  Be proactive and install Spam Karma immediately, if you haven't already.  I installed Spam Karma on Zen and it works with about 98.5% accuracy in getting rid of spam comments.</description>

		<description>Yeah, my blog is on WordPress...and oddly enough it looks just like this one :)  I really like WordPress' editing tools (though it's kind of annoying that in order to include an image I have to FTP into my site and upload the image separately, but that's the only thing).

I really need to figure out WordPress' version of skinning, so I can at least make my blog green instead of blue...</description>
